Physics Tutor

I am an experienced physics teacher and tutor. I have taught and tutored mostly at the university level, but some at the high school level. My focus is on understanding how my students think about physics (both as a whole and on a problem-by-problem basis) and finding ways to explain concepts better, and ways to prompt them to improve their problem-solving skills. My primary methods include discussion, explanation of concepts, questioning, analogies, modeling of problem-solving, and coaching in problem-solving.
