However, I've also tutored history and math, as well. A bit of background may be in order. I graduated with honors from Idaho Falls High School and took home several awards in the Debate program. Then I graduated from the University of Idaho in Telecommunications and a minor in Music. Now I am enrolled in the Advanced Writing program with AWAI (American Writers & Artists, Inc.). I believe that solving a problem shouldn't be the only goal but understanding the concept behind that is very important. If the basics of any student is well built up then he can grasp anything easily and wouldn't be afraid even if he sees a totally unknown problem in front of him. He will always have the courage to try. So making the student believe that what he is facing isn't a problem but a challenge makes the problem look much easier and changes the entire perspective of that student towards that subject.
