I'd like to help you, or your student, develop a love of learning, as well! My specific areas of expertise involve communication and language arts. However, I've also tutored history and math, as well. A bit of background may be in order. I graduated with honors from Idaho Falls High School and took home several awards in the Debate program. Then I graduated from the University of Idaho in Telecommunications and a minor in Music. Now I am enrolled in the Advanced Writing program with AWAI (American Writers & Artists, Inc.). Since graduating from the UofI, I've been involved in radio, concerts, seminars, and advertising.

some do not love reading, all need to be able to read. I have worked with several
students having difficulty with reading. I am a certified teacher with 18 years of
teaching in the lower elementary grades and 5 1/2 years as a professional tutor.

I am currently working towards a Masters Degree in Physical Science in a Geology and Astronomy program. I have taken formal education courses. I have also taught and tutored in written, spoken, and signed languages including English, ASL, Japanese, and Hebrew.
