All registered accounts are free of charge on Tutor Index. Please read the following terms and conditions relating to all account registrations: Tutor, Student, Teacher, Parent, Advertiser, and Other. By registering for an account on our website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

You agree that all of the information you have provided is true and accurate.
As the individual registering for an account on Tutor Index, you agree to follow all steps of the sign up process accurately.
You agree to allow Tutor Index to send you periodic emails to the email address you have provided during your registration for a variety of purposes including promotions, marketing, newsletters, service updates and any other additional information. Your personal protection is important to us and the email you provide us will never be shared with any third party.

Terms and Conditions for Tutor Listings

Tutor Index provides tutors and tutor agencies with two listing options: Basic and Premium. Each listing type has its own unique features and specific price.

All sexual, drug related, illegal and gambling content is strictly prohibited on Tutor Index and will not be accepted for live posting.
All tutor listing submissions are subject to approval from Tutor Index.
Tutor Index reserves the right to edit any part of your tutor listing prior to live posting on the website.
Tutor listings may be rejected for any reason at the sole discretion of Tutor Index.
In the event that your tutor listing is rejected, you will be given a full refund.
Once your tutor listing has been accepted and / posted live, there are no refunds.
There are no contracts and you are free to cancel your listing at anytime.
Once you cancel a listing, you will not be billed anymore for that listing.
As the submitter of a tutor listing, you agree to follow all of the submission guidelines and instructions.
As a tutor listed on Tutor Index, you agree to let Tutor Index contact you via email to the address you have provided for reasons including promotions, marketing, news, updates to the website, or any other additional information. Your personal protection is important to us and the email you provide us will never be shared with any third party.

Terms and Conditions for Panel Advertisers

Tutor Index offers panel advertising on the website. Advertisers can post their panel ads on the Tutor Index home page, or on any one of the website's inner pages for specified prices.

As a panel advertiser you agree that all information you have provided is true and accurate.
As the purchaser of a panel advertisement, you agree to follow the guidelines and instructions throughout the order process.
Tutor Index reserves the right to edit/alter your advertisement before live posting on the website to ensure maximum marketability and professionalism.
Your panel advertisement may be rejected for any reason at the sole discretion of Tutor Index.
In the event that your panel advertisement is rejected, you will be issued a full refund for any charges incurred up to that point.
Once your panel ad has been accepted, and / posted live, there are no refunds.
There are no contracts and you are free to cancel your panel advertisement at anytime.
Once you cancel a panel advertisement, you will not be billed anymore for that ad.
